A great tour is not a list of monuments. It's a 2 to 3 hour conversation while a local drives you up to viewpoints you'd never find, into ginjinha bars too small for groups, past azulejo walls hidden in courtyards. Our drivers grew up in these neighbourhoods. They'll point at a window and tell you which fadista lives there.
Lisbon's historic centre is a Low Emission Zone. Gas-powered tuk tuks are slowly being pushed out and several streets in Alfama already ban them. Electric tuk tuks pass everywhere, are silent (you can actually hear your driver), and don't fill your photos with exhaust haze.
Three routes cover 90% of what people ask for: Classic Lisbon (downtown + Alfama + castle, 2h), Old Lisbon (Alfama + Mouraria + Graça + tasca stop, 3h), and Belém Loop (downtown to Belém along the river, monuments + pastel de nata, 3h). All can be combined or extended. We tailor as we go.

Two hours is the comfortable minimum to see the old city properly. Three hours is our sweet spot — you stop, walk a bit, have a coffee. Half-day (4h+) lets us add Belém or a long lunch.
